Your role as R&D Trainee (研发管培生) in GN,Xiamen The R&D Trainee Program named Internship-to-Hire, which is a flexible Internship-to-Hire Pathway that allows students to gain practical work experience through an internship in GN, with the potential to transition into a permanent position within GN organization upon successful completion.
