Evidence Verification: Cross-check operational records against supporting evidence (e.g., training certificates, logs, and third-party reports).
Compliance Tracking: Verify that all personnel records and training certifications are up-to-date and meet regulatory requirements.
Data Consistency: Identify discrepancies or missing information within the documentation and report findings to the supervisor.
Archive Management: Maintain a systematic and organized digital/physical filing system for all audited QA documents.
