Role Overview We are seeking a Data Product Operations Intern to support the management and standardization of BI dashboards and metrics. This role focuses on data product operations rather than development, and aims to improve clarity, consistency, and user experience of dashboards across teams. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Maintain and regularly update the dashboard and metric inventory, including purpose, target users, data sources, and ownership • Assist in documenting metric definitions, calculation logic, and usage context, and help build a centralized metric reference • Support the development and maintenance of basic dashboard design standards and templates • Collect, organize, and track user feedback, issues, and enhancement requests, supporting follow-up and iteration planning • Assist in basic dashboard usage analysis and preparation of user guides, FAQs, and training materials ________________________________________ Qualifications • Current undergraduate or graduate student in Information Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related disciplines • Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills • Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and structured data tables • Good communication skills and willingness to work with cross-functional stakeholders • Interest in BI, data products, analytics, or product operations ________________________________________ Nice to Have • Exposure to BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire) • Basic understanding of KPIs or business metrics • Experience in documentation, process standardization, or operational support ________________________________________ Location • Shanghai
