You will be the voice and face of our programs, creating engaging video and multimedia content that tells the story of Chinese students stepping onto the global stage. 【主要职责 | Key Responsibilities】 • 出镜讲解英国学术项目内容,拍摄短视频或直播,提升品牌影响力; Host and appear in short videos or livestreams to introduce UK academic programs and engage the audience; • 策划拍摄脚本、完成中英文内容创作、视频制作及发布; Write scripts, create bilingual content, and produce videos for release across platforms; • 负责策划运营B站、微信公众号、微信视频号、小红书等新媒体平台; Operate official accounts on Bilibili, WeChat, Channels, Xiaohongshu, and more; • 参与英国学术项目的宣传策划与推广物料制作; Support UK academic program promotion through the creation of posters, trailers, and other media assets; • 策划线上传播活动,挖掘内容亮点,提高传播效率; Design online campaigns and extract communication highlights from academic programs; • 协助团队进行活动统筹、线上会议对接及相关宣传支持。 Assist in project operations, including coordinating with UK partners and supporting event delivery. 【优先考虑 | Preferred Qualifications】 • 有短视频/直播拍摄和出镜经验,表达自然自信; On-camera experience in livestreaming or short video production, with confident presentation skills; • 熟悉新媒体内容制作流程,能独立完成脚本、拍摄与剪辑; Familiar with full content production workflow including scripting, filming, and editing; • 熟练使用Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut等剪辑工具; Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut; • 具备基础平面设计能力,能使用Canva/Photoshop等工具制作视觉物料; Basic graphic design skills, including use of Canva or Photoshop for promotional assets; • 有教育、学术、留学方向内容创作经验者优先; Background in educational, academic, or study abroad content is a strong plus; • 有海外学习经验或计划赴英留学者优先。 Candidates with UK study experience or intent to study in the UK are preferred. 【职位要求 | Requirements】 • 在校或应届大学生,或具备相关经验的非应届生; Current students, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals; • 对教育传播有热情,关注内容表达与用户体验; Passionate about educational communication and user-centered storytelling; • 英语沟通能力良好,能进行中英文内容创作与交流; Good English communication skills; capable of bilingual content creation; • 沟通能力强、团队协作意识好、执行力强; Strong communication, teamwork, and execution abilities; • 熟悉主流新媒体平台及其内容风格与传播机制; Familiar with mainstream content platforms and their engagement logic; • 形象良好,性格亲和,自信上镜。 Well-presented,
