multicultural and international environment, and this role will work as the
technical contact window with OE customer, responsible for OE project
management, achievement of technical homologation based upon the technical
target & vehicle milestones’ requirement from customer, ensuring consistency
with company strategy, commitments and goals. Based in: Shanghai / Yanzhou YOUR
CORE ACTIVITIES Act as technical liaison between OE customers and R&D
development team; Establish project development timing plan and continuously
track milestones based on the latest projects status; Support OE Sales’
activities operatively during commercial phase, such as: RFQ analysis, NetINB
inserting, and kick-off meeting; Collect the latest insights internally about
OE customers/projects about vehicles models/reference tire/test method/testing
results/technical requirements from the OE customers per specification; Support
OE quality/logistic to manage the industrialization activities; Communicate
with OE sales for the related commercial activities & issues, such as: analysis
RFQ package, set-up timing plan, handle purchase order for prototype; Work with
R&D product engineer for the related development activities & issues, such as:
technical assessment, specification matrix, preparation of prototype tires,
testing results analysis, final DVP&R preparation, regulation certifications;
Work with OE Quality for the related quality activities & issues, such as: TU
standard analysis, set-up timing plan, R@R\ISIR\2TP follow-up, APQP\PPAP
documents preparation, PSW sign-off; Coordinate with OE logistic for related
logistic activities & issues, such as: shipment of prototype tires, handle the
purchase order of prototype tires; Support overseas OE TA team for OE projects,
such as: testing plan, testing results and technical homologation; Communicate
with OE customer production engineer on technical requirements\timing &
milestones\testing results\technical approval; Support OE Quality to
communicate with OE customer SQM for APQP\PPAP documents, timing plan
requirements; Work with 3rd party testing institution for tire performance
testing or material testing, such as: outdoor proving ground, tire testing
laboratory, material testing laboratory. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s
degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Polymer Science, Mechanics,
Dynamics, or a related discipline, and currently enrolled in a university
program. Relevant internship experience or coursework in tire development,
testing, or manufacturing is a plus; Basic understanding of APQP, PPAP & SPC is
preferred; Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality system is a plus; Strong project
management and coordination skills; Proactive, with a strong teamwork spirit;
Good command of English, both written and oral; Excellent communication and

mentor, you will: ? Learn the fundamentals of logistics coordination by
assisting with tire and container deliveries, tracking ETAs, and collaborating
with forwarders to ensure smooth operations. ? Develop skills in order
processing and data analysis, supporting both internal and external order
management while learning how to organize and interpret data by event and
market. ? Gain exposure to supplier coordination and expense management,
understanding how to support cost tracking and vendor communication. ? Build
experience in purchasing and inventory management, assisting with materials
procurement, delivery follow-up, and stock replenishment. ? Collaborate with
the headquarters motorsports team on China service matters, while learning to
support travel schedule arrangements and cross-border communication. WHAT WE
ARE LOOKING FOR ? Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a
related field. ? Language: Working proficiency in English (listening, speaking,
reading, and writing) to support communication with global teams. ? Technical
Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
willingness to learn how to use these tools for data tracking and reporting. ?
Soft Skills: A proactive and curious mindset, strong willingness to learn, and

performance—strengthening your data visualization and analytical skills.
Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams on accounts receivable and account
reconciliation, gaining exposure to cross-functional coordination and risk
control. Develop CRM data management skills by supporting data accuracy,
regular updates, and audit activities. Participate in audit preparations (e.g.,
SGS), learning how to organize documentation and support corrective action
follow-ups. Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial

line manager. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Education: Currently pursuing or recently
completed a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade,
Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Language: Native in
Chinese; working proficiency in English (able to communicate in daily work
contexts). Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel
(e.g., basic formulas, sorting, or pivot tables). Any exposure to SAP is a plus

guidelines defined with Pirelli. Based in: Shanghai WHAT YOU WILL LEARN As part
of your learning journey and under the guidance of your dedicated mentor, you
will: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents
for daily operations. Support commercial contract reviews (e.g., OE terms,
financing, motorsports, engineering contracts) under supervision. Help protect
IP rights by coordinating with HQ and local teams (Security, Sales). Assist
with government filings for corporate changes (directors, supervisors, legal
representatives, etc.) for all Pirelli entities in China. Support dispute
resolution preparation (litigation, arbitration, administrative investigations)
and coordinate with external lawyers. Liaise with government authorities for
business-related filings and approvals. Take on additional legal tasks as
assigned by your line manager. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Education: Currently
pursuing or recently completing a bachelor’s degree or above in Law (LLB or
LLM). Passing the PRC Bar Exam is a plus but not required. Language: Working
proficiency in English (written and spoken). Technical Skills: Familiarity with
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Soft Skills: Positive attitude,
detail-oriented, strong willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
Other: Prior internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
