Responsible for the daily system operation and maintenance of Microsoft 365 cloud products in China to ensure that Microsoft 365 can provide stable services to Chinese users
Respond to and handle all kinds of emergencies or alarms and meet SLA requirements, so that services can be quickly restored to normal
Support the deployment, changes, tests, and launch new services or features of Microsoft 365 GA in China
Complete version updates and upgrades, patch fixes and configuration changes, and health status monitoring and detection of Microsoft 365 components
Daily communicate with Microsoft oversea team, including email and online meetings
* Deal with the problems encountered by customers and the needs from customers
Through tool development, process optimization, and team knowledge accumulation, we continue to improve the team's operation and maintenance efficiency
* Cooperate with other departments to complete Microsoft cloud service-related work, and cooperate with the completion of security audits and compliance audits
Take other tasks assigned by departments and superiors
* Support and participate in company-led projects related to Microsoft cloud products
It has a 7*24-hour On Call role, as well as a morning shift (6AM-3PM), day shift (9AM-6PM) shift system, and a 5*8 work system
【School Recruitment-Job Requirements】
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science will be better
Familiar with the deployment, client installation and use of mainstream Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 products, including but not limited to Outlook/OneNote/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams
Familiar with the construction, setup, and use of the mainstream version of the Windows Server operating system and the main roles, including but not limited to AD/DNS/WSUS
Understand the basics of cloud computing, understand the fundamentals of virtualization, and understand mainstream virtualization platforms or tools such as Hyper-V or VMWare
Understand the structure of computer systems, and understand the hardware environment such as servers, network equipment, and storage devices
Learn the basics of networking, including TCP/IP, HTTPS, Route, CDN, PKI and more
*Understand the basic principles, construction, configuration and use of mainstream databases, including SQL Server
Familiar with Python to write automatic scripts.
Good knowledge about Contain technology, have K8S certification as perfect.
Have a strong sense of responsibility and good execution, have independent thinking ability and strong ability to work under pressure, and be good at summarizing and self-learning
Strong English on listening and oral communication skills, CET6 is required
