SAP China iXp Intern - HR Intern
What you'll do:
⚫ Serves as an analyst for assigned HR Director including analyzing, interpreting, and preparing a visual representation for customer delivery.
⚫ Designs, plans, monitors, and deliver on initiatives focused on improving Culture, Engagement
⚫ Supports on multiple projects or initiatives in parallel to ensure we comply to our local labor law regulations.
⚫ Supports on creating engaging communication assets, managing SharePoint to have a solid narrative in HR to position our strategy and initiatives.
⚫ Serve as a thought leader on the team by consistently contributing ideas and by developing new ways to bring value to your designated team of HRDs; help with special projects and showcase your creativity.
⚫ Provide day to day support to Regional HRDs which includes analyzing the HR system data, auditing organizational hierarchies, resolving system inaccuracies, and coaching leaders on tools and processes.
⚫ Be curious and find creative ways to help the HR community run simpler.

S/4 HANA Consumer Industry Cloud (CIC) - UX Designer Intern
As a UX Designer Intern, you will work on a specific project critical to SAP Consumer Industries Cloud’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. You work together with a highly motivated and creative team of international interaction designers, user researchers and visual designers. You closely collaborate with Product Owners and Development to enable users to do their business in the most effective and efficient manner.
⚫ You are a strong interaction designer with empathy for the end user
⚫ You feel responsible for your work and accompany your designs throughout the design-driven development process
⚫ Gathering end-user requirements by organizing, executing, and moderating end-user site visits, focus groups and user days including collection and synthesis of results.
⚫ Development of user interface designs using various prototyping techniques and documented in UI specifications
⚫ Verification of designs through reviews, validations, and formal usability testing with end users
⚫ You are offering design support and consulting for the development teams
⚫ Build bridges and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
⚫ Work closely with product management, architects, product experts and fellow designers to bring requirements to the product
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
⚫ Major in Interaction Design, Human Interaction, Industrial Design, New Media, etc.
⚫ Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage and convey ideas to cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
⚫ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
⚫ Have interest in interaction design (ideally application design or design concepts)
⚫ Advanced user of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
⚫ Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, and coordinate and deliver content
⚫ Enrolled as full time (全日制) and can work for minimum 4 days a week for at 6 months or longer.

Sales Development Associate Intern for Greater China
What you'll do:
Your mission as an SDA (Sales Development Associate) is to help your SDE (Sales Development Executive) and Sales Teams to engage with customers at the right time, with the right key decision maker you have profiled and the right personalized content. Your actions will enable the Sales Team to have an insightful next meeting with their customers and you will contribute to SAP’s revenue growth in our MM (Mid-Market) business segment.
In this role, you will impact this important part of SAP’s work by learning:
⚫ How to engage with customer decision makers at C Level
⚫ Effective objection handling
⚫ Best practices in digital prospecting
⚫ SAP World Class Solutions
What you bring:

⚫ You are ready to commit to a fulltime placement for 6 months
⚫ You possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
