应用工程师-光刻方向（深圳）

岗位职责 / Responsibilities - 负责客户现场光刻工艺的技术支持，包括工艺开发、优化、参数设定与问题诊断；Provide on-sitetechnical support for lithography processes, including process development,optimization, parameter setup, and issue diagnosis. -深入理解客户产品与制程需求，提供定制化的光刻解决方案；Deeply understand customer products and processrequirements to deliver customized lithography solutions. -分析并解决光刻过程中出现的工艺问题，如曝光均匀性、对准精度、CD控制、Overlay误差等；Analyze and resolvelithography-related process issues such as exposure uniformity, alignmentaccuracy, CD control, and overlay errors. -协助客户进行新产品导入（NPI）过程中的光刻工艺验证与调试；Support customers in lithography processverification and tuning during new product introduction (NPI). -编写并维护技术文档，包括工艺流程、问题分析报告、技术交流材料等；Prepare and maintain technical documentation,including process flows, issue analysis reports, and technical communicationmaterials. - 与总部研发、产品、FAE团队协作，推动工艺技术的持续优化与创新；Collaborate with headquarters R&D,product, and FAE teams to drive continuous process improvement and innovation.- 跟踪行业最新光刻技术发展趋势，参与内部技术培训与知识分享。Stay updated on the latest industry trends inlithography technology and participate in internal technical training andknowledge sharing. 任职要求 / Qualifications -物理、光学、化学工程、电子电气工程、材料科学或数学相关专业的硕士及以上学历。Master’s degree in Physics, OpticalScience/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering,Materials Science, or Mathematics. - 具备半导体工艺知识。Solid understanding ofsemiconductor process knowledge -具备较强的演讲和沟通能力，能够与内部（BDM、项目负责人、管理层）及外部客户进行有效交流。Strong presentation andcommunication skills, capable of effectively interacting with internalstakeholders (BDM, project leaders, management) and external customers. -具备灵活的心态，能够在矩阵型组织中支持各种任务（问题升级、新产品导入、NTP项目等）。Flexible mindset to support varioustasks in a matrix organization (issue escalation, NPI, NTP projects, etc.). -能够在压力下工作。能够灵活出差，支持中国境内的客户。Ability to work under pressure and travel flexibly tosupport customers across China. - 出色的中英文双语沟通表达能力。Excellent bilingualcommunication skills in both Chinese and English.
