We leverage deep expertise in China’s equity and derivatives markets, together with AlphaGrep’s global quantitative research capabilities, to deliver diversified strategies targeting long-term and stable returns. 岗位职责 / Responsibilities 协助合规风控部进行日常合规检查及各类材料核查归档工作； Assist the Compliance & Risk Control Department in daily compliance checks and document verification/filing； 参与相关合规运营、风控系统的辅助建立和优化工作； Participate in the development and optimization of compliance operations and risk control systems； 参与程序化交易合规性研究，整理行业案例及监管处罚案例； Conduct research on the compliance of algorithmic trading, including compiling industry cases and regulatory penalty cases； 协助合同、协议等法律文件的初审工作（法律专业）； Support the preliminary review of legal documents such as contracts and agreements (for law-related backgrounds)； 完成上级安排的其他合规、法务、运营支持任务； Complete other compliance, legal, or operations-related tasks assigned by the supervisor. 任职要求 / Qualifications 本科或硕士在读，法学、金融、经济类相关专业优先； Bachelor’s or Master’s student, majoring in Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields is preferred； 对私募基金行业、量化投资或资产管理行业有一定了解或兴趣； Basic understanding of or strong interest in the private fund industry, quantitative trading, or asset management； 具备较强的逻辑思维、文字表达能力和学习能力； Strong logical thinking, written communication, and learning abilities； 熟练使用办公软件（Excel、Word、PPT）； oficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)； 具备良好的英文读写能力； ood command of written and spoken English； 认真细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神； etail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player with solid communication skills. 加入我们 / Why You Should Join Us 信任是团队协作的根基 我们鼓励坦诚沟通与主动承担，让每一位成员都能在安全感中成长，自主决策、共同前行。 这份信任源于彼此支持与并肩作战，是我们最珍贵的团队资产。 Trust is the foundation of collaboration.
