We are recruiting for Retail Internship to join our amazing store team in Shanghai. As a member of our team, you will learn and acquire the skill and knowledge for excellent customer service in a fashion-forward industry with Burberry standards. You can support the Store Manager and the boutique team by participating in the following activities: 1、 Learn stories of our product and engage clients through most in-season fashion pieces 了解我们产品的故事，通过最当季的时装作品吸引客户 2、 Develop strong relationships with our Boutique teams, learning from experienced Client Advisors as well as best-in-class styling approach 与我们的精品店团队紧密连结，向经验丰富的销售顾问学习，打造时尚的造型搭配 3、 Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering excellent service, in person, over the phone, and through social platforms 提供优质的服务，无论是面对面，电话，还是社交平台，确保一个以客户为中心的销售环境 4、 Assist in developing local and international Client Book with the ability to recruit new clients 协助开发本地和国际客户名册，并习得话术及服务能力招募新客户 5、 Problem-solve in partnership with the team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client 与团队协作解决突发事件，确保每个客户问题都得到妥善解决，以使业务和客户利益最优化 6、 Back-office activity with preparation ranging from stock take to delivery to packaging 参与后台活动，包括如何专业的管理库存、出货、包装等 Requirements: 1、 Legal internship qualification enrolled in last semester of your bachelor/master studies 符合法律实习资格并且为最后一学期本科生或硕士生 2、 Strong passion and interest in luxury retail and/or service industries? 对奢侈品零售和/或服务领域有热情和兴趣 3、 Available to work at least 3-4 days a week 每周能保证3-4天工作日 4、 Strong interpersonal and communication skill 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧 5、 Positive, committed, and team-oriented attitude 积极，有责任心，有团队合作精神 6、 Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software 办公室360等数字软件基础知识 7、 English proficiency as a plus 良好的英语书面和口语沟通能力
