Mission The main missions for this role are: 1、To support the team in designing, developing, and deploying digital applications and automated workflows that meet business needs, aiming to enhance the company's operational efficiency and innovation capabilities. 2、To leverage AI and software development technologies to transform initial business requirements into stable, efficient, and user-friendly technical solutions. 3、To develop into a technical resource, bridging business departments with the IT department, ensuring that the developed solutions accurately address business pain points and create value. 4、To learn and contribute to the full lifecycle of applications, including development, testing, and maintenance, under the guidance of senior team members of applications, including development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance and iteration. Responsibilities The main responsibilities for this role include: 1、Application Development and Coding -Assist front-end interface development using technologies like HTML, Java script, and CSS to ensure a quality user experience. -Assist back-end logic and services development, primarily using Python/Node.js to process data, implement business logic, and interact with databases and other systems. -Participate in developing and integrating APIs to enable data connectivity between different systems and applications. 2、Business Collaboration and Problem Solving -Maintain close communication with business departments to understand the problems and challenges they face in their daily operations. -Provide technical support to business users, assisting them in resolving issues encountered while using digital tools or processes. -Working with the team to translate problems and feedback from business departments into specific technical optimizations or new features and drive their implementation. 3、Data Processing and AI Integration Development -Assist the cleaning, integration, and preprocessing of data required for AI applications. -Engage in AI-related application development, including but not limited to deep learning and customized development based on large language models (e.g., building intelligent Q&A, content generation applications, smart agent). -Collaborate with the team to integrate AI models or services with internal and third-party systems to enable the intelligent automation of business processes. 4、Google Ecosystem Development and Integration -Learn to use Google Workspace and Google Apps script to develop customized tools with guidance from the team to develop customized tools and automated workflows for business departments. -Familiarity with cloud platforms (like GCP, Azure, or Aliyun) through academic projects or personal interest is a strong plus. This role will provide hands-on training to utilize Google Cloud services like BigQuery and Vertex AI -Assist and learn the process of deploying, managing, and maintaining application services on GCP under the guidance of senior team members. 5、Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance -Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application stability. -Assist the deployment, configuration, and launch of applications, and help prepare corresponding technical documentation and user guides.. -Monitor the performance of live applications, quickly identify and resolve issues, and continuously optimize based on user feedback. Qualification 1、Education & Preferred Major: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field. 2、Relevant Experience: Practical experience leveraging AI technologies, particularly with large language models and machine learning frameworks. Experience with Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., BigQuery, Vertex AI) is highly desirable.
