*该岗位提供转正名额 Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across three core digital marketing disciplines: Social Media Management, Email Marketing (EDM), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This role offers the flexibility to explore specialized tracks while fostering cross-channel collaboration, enabling you to build a holistic understanding of modern digital strategies. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Operation - Assist in daily operations across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X), including content scheduling, post optimization, and brand voice alignment. - Monitor and engage with audiences via comments, DMs, and mentions to strengthen community relationships. - Track real-time performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR) and compile reports for optimization insights. - Research emerging trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to propose actionable content/campaign ideas. - Collaborate on campaigns, contests, or influencer partnerships to boost brand visibility. 2. Email Marketing (EDM) - Support end-to-end email campaign execution: design, copywriting, segmentation, and deployment via tools like Mailchimp. - Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve open rates and conversions. - Analyze campaign performance (deliverability, CTR, unsubscribe rates) and propose iterative improvements. - Assist in growing and maintaining the email subscriber list through landing pages and lead magnets. 3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend monitoring to guide content strategies. - Optimize website/blog content (metadata, alt tags, headers) for improved search rankings. - Publish and update SEO-friendly content (blogs, landing pages) using CMS platforms. - Analyze SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, rankings, backlinks) with tools like Google Search Console/SEMrush. Requirements 1. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. 2. Multitasking mastery: Ability to manage projects across channels in a fast-paced environment. 3. Analytical mindset: Basic understanding of KPIs (social media engagement, email CTR, organic traffic) and willingness to master analytics tools. 4. Communication skills: Strong written English for content drafting and community engagement. Proactive learner: Eagerness to explore emerging trends (e.g., TikTok SEO, AI-driven email tools). Preferred Qualifications 1. Multilingual abilities or cross-cultural exposure (especially for global campaign support). 2. Prior coursework or internships in digital marketing, content creation, or data analysis. 3. Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for social/EDM asset creation.
