Job Summary The Brand Marketing Intern will support the Brand Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of brand campaigns—focusing on ambassador management, brand partnerships, and global event collaborations. This hands-on role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and globally minded team player with strong English communication skills. The intern will contribute to high-impact projects aimed at elevating brand presence and delivering business results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the coordination and rollout of branded campaigns, including ambassador activations and performance tracking. Support the organization and execution of brand partnership initiatives, helping to manage timelines, deliverables, and collaborative content. Coordinate logistics and support content delivery for global event collaborations (physical and virtual), working with internal teams and external partners. Contribute to the preparation of pitch decks, reports, and marketing collateral to support campaign launches and partnership proposals. Help ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables, aligning with brand guidelines across platforms and regions. Collaborate across functions (creative, PR, regional marketing, digital marketing, events) to support campaign execution and co-branded content creation. Participate in team meetings and provide timely updates on project progress and challenges. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent command of written and spoken English; effective communicator in a multicultural environment. Demonstrated interest in brand marketing, ambassador programs, events, and brand partnerships. Prior internship or project experience in marketing, communications, or event management (preferred). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work quickly under pressure. Proactive, accountable, and adaptive team player, eager to contribute and learn in a fast-moving setting. Required to work onsite in Shenzhen a minimum of 4 days per week. Key Attributes Global outlook with high cross-cultural sensitivity. Action-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to deliver work at speed. Positive, collaborative approach with readiness to take initiative and responsibility. This refined scope ensures the intern’s focus is on brand campaign execution, ambassador and partnership programs, and support for global event collaborations—directly contributing to brand impact without a research emphasis.
