工作地点：特斯拉上海超级工厂研发中心 要求时间：2025年年底或2026年1月开始实习，至少4个月，6个月以上优先，一周五天全勤 英文：流利，需与美国团队日常会议沟通 *此岗位为常规实习，无转正机会。   What to Expect Consider before submitting an application:  This position is expected to start around Jan. or Feb. 2025 with a duration of 4-6 months, 5 days per week on-site. The Role 关于职位 The Factory Firmware Team is focused on vehicle software and integration engineering in support of manufacturing and new product introduction. This will include projects to create or improve integration tools, as well as tasks to investigate vehicle software improvements in the manufacturing environment. It is important that this person is excited about learning new skills and systems and has strong collaboration skills. This person will be expected to move projects along at an aggressive pace and to get your hands dirty in the details of various subsystems – digging through backend logs, root causing issues and developing solutions to complex problems. The Factory Firmware Team is the eyes and ears of the Firmware organization within the factory and often have the last say on the deployment of new firmware to manufacturing – providing valuable insight and feedback to accelerate development of new software features. Responsibilities 职责 • Develop software tools for vehicle diagnostics, testing, and validation under manufacturing environment • 在制造环境下开发用于车辆诊断、测试和验证的软件工具   • Create software solutions to bridge manufacturing process gaps and help team be more productive and efficient • 创建软件解决方案，弥合制造过程中的差距，并帮助团队更加高效和有效率   • Dig into data, system design and source code to identify and debug issues at the system level and propose robust solutions • 深入研究数据、系统设计和源代码，识别和调试系统级别的问题，并提出稳健的解决方案   Requirements要求  • BS or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with evidence of exceptional ability • 电气工程、机械工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或同等学历，具备卓越的能力证明   • Proficiency in a high-level language like Python, Perl, Go and/or Java.
