About the job: o Project implementation and management: manage project to be executed on time, within budget and with quality to the satisfaction of the customer successfully, controlling in accordance with PROMAL (Alfa Laval’ s project methodology) to reach desired outcome. o Risk management: manage project risks and work out/follow up mitigation plan with stakeholders. o Management of project team: motivation and supervision of the team members, holding regular team meetings, and communication with customers and suppliers. o Reports/Communicates to PMO and/or Steering Committee. o New product introduction; new process introduction. (for example, supply chain localization project) o Management of Capex project. (fixed asset investment project) What you know: o Major in Project Management or Science and Engineering o Digital, intelligent manufacturing, artificial intelligence and other related majors o Having a strong interest in digitalization in the manufacturing industry. o Passed CET-6 in English, proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing o Strong logical thinking and proactive learning ability o Proficient in data analysis is preferred o Proficient in PPT presentations and presentations, priority given What you will get： We offer you a diverse and challenging and work life balance job in an international company.
