Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement KOL marketing strategies for conferencing products, leveraging deep insights into the product, market, and target audience. 2. Act as the Point of Contact (PIC) for specific product(s), collaborating closely with internal teams to align resources and drive results. 3.Independently manage end-to-end processes, including KOL sourcing, outreach, negotiation, content production, delivery, and performance analysis. 4.Ensure target audiences receive tailored messaging that aligns with their content consumption habits, and continuously optimize workflows and strategies. Requirements: 1.Strong interest in conference/productivity tools, KOL marketing, B2B marketing, or related fields. 2.Familiarity with video and social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X) and a solid understanding of content marketing. 3.Self-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. 4.Fluency in English, with the ability to use it as a working language. 5.Prior working experience in KOL marketing and international background (e.g., studying abroad) is preferred.
