As an intern in this role, you will play a vital part in engaging and growing our community of aspiring content creators. You'll work closely with the Community Manager to foster a positive and vibrant player experience, ensuring that players are engaged, informed, and excited about our games. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in creator management within the fast-paced and exciting mobile gaming industry. Responsibilities: - Monitor and engage with players and content creators across various social media platforms like TikTok, Discord and YouTube. - Respond promptly and professionally to creator inquiries, comments, and feedback, fostering a positive and welcoming environment. - Create engaging and culturally relevant short video events for the English-speaking community. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide insights for community engagement strategies to drive content output. - Analyze creator video metrics and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the event efforts. Qualifications: - High level of professionalism and communication skills, strong verbal and writing skills in English. - Strong command of Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate, write, and interact. - Knowledge of Western gaming culture and familiarity using social media platforms, specifically TikTok, Discord, and YouTube. - Ability to think both strategically and creatively. - Ability to work independently to complete tasks and projects. - Strong problem-solving skills and organizational skills; accuracy and attention to detail. - Positive attitude and collaborative approach towards working with a team. - A passionate gamer who is able to pick up games fast.
