Strategic Research Intern (RPG&SLG)

职位描述 1.Monitor the latest developments in the gaming industry, conduct in-depth research on RPG&SLG genres, and provide strategic recommendations to support the company’s project initiation，investment, and other key decisions, driving the implementation and growth of related strategies. 2.Apply professional user and market research methodologies to analyze the company’s products, providing fact-based insights to support R&D, publishing, and other critical decisions, thereby improving product success rates. 3.Conduct competitive product reviews, data analysis, and user research to support key research initiatives during product planning, development, and operations, assisting in decision execution. 职位要求 1.Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier university (domestic or international); major not restricted. 2.Strong command of English with fluent spoken proficiency; capable of conducting direct interviews and research with overseas users. 3.Demonstrated passion for gaming with extensive experience, particularly in RPG and SLG genres, as well as a strong interest in gaming and internet industry trends. 4.Thoughtful, curious, responsible, and eager to learn and explore new ideas. 5.Highly self-motivated with strong personal standards; proactive in pursuing professional growth. 6.Open-minded and outgoing, receptive to feedback, with excellent communication and teamwork skills. 7.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other commonly used workplace applications.
