职位描述 - Assist in product launches: Support senior teams in developing positioning, product strategies, and launch materials for new products; help collect customer feedback to optimize existing products. - Support market insights: Gather consumer, market, and competitive data; learn basic analysis tools to provide actionable insights for the team. - Explore vertical markets: Participate in market research to identify product-market fit and assist in tailoring key selling points for target segments. - Aid campaign execution: Contribute to new product launch activities and support performance tracking for core products. - Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with product, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to learn integrated workflows. 职位要求 Requirements: - Education: Graduating in 2025 with a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Statistics, or related fields. - Key Competencies: - Communication skills: Good command of English (written & verbal) for daily work; ability to convey ideas clearly. - Fast learner: Passion for consumer tech/marketing; agility in mastering new skills. - Analytical mindset: Basic data sensitivity and logical thinking; proficiency in Office tools (Excel/PPT) for analysis. - Proactive & results-driven: Self-motivated with a “go the extra mile” attitude. - Team player: Collaborative spirit to thrive in cross-functional settings. - Curiosity & insight: Keen interest in consumer behavior and market trends. - Resilience: Adaptability in fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications: - Interest/practical experience in photography/videography. - Internships/campus projects in marketing, market research, or product planning. - Basic data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
