Job De scription
Main Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns across major online platforms
• Assist in content seeding initiatives, including ideation, coordination, and basic content creation
• Collect, organize, and analyze campaign performance data; support the preparation of post-campaign reports and insights
• Coordinate with external partners (agencies, platforms, KOLs) to support collaborative marketing activities
• Support day-to-day campaign operations, logistics coordination, and internal communications
• Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness, content engagement, and operational efficiency
Skills / Experience Required
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, and social media
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in Chinese; working proficiency in English is a plus
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
