Sales Support Intern

Position Overview We are looking for a Sales Support Intern to assist inbuilding and optimizing Power BI (PBI) dashboards for service operationstracking. This role will closely collaborate with Sales, Service, IT, andFinance teams to improve data visibility and support business decision-making.Key Responsibilities Support the setup of Power BI dashboards for: ServicePO/SO tracking Service Work-in-Progress (WIP) monitoring Revenue tracking(China scope) Analyze service cost data and identify potential abnormalities orrisks Assist in building and maintaining data tracking tools (PBI orExcel-based) Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, ServiceManagers, IT, Finance) to ensure smooth implementation Support ongoing datareview and improvement of reporting processes What Success Looks LikeSuccessfully deliver PBI dashboards that are validated and adopted by ServiceManagers Ensure data tracking tools are accurate, reliable, and aligned withbusiness needs Business Impact Accelerate PBI implementation through effectivecoordination with IT and stakeholders Improve visibility of service operations(PO/SO, WIP, revenue) and support better decision-making Qualifications Majorin Business Administration or related field Bachelor’s degree (or currentlypursuing) is sufficient Required Skills Strong data analysis capability Goodcommunication skills and stakeholder coordination ability Fluent in EnglishLogical thinking and problem-solving skills
