We are passionate about this and hope you are too. 职位亮点 扁平管理 职位描述 1、负责内容安全核心评测集（Golden Set）的构建与持续迭代，通过挖掘长尾、高危及复杂边缘样本，为平台安全策略、AI模型评估与全球执行团队提供高准确度的数据标准（Ground Truth）； 2、深入剖析高风险与争议性安全案例，准确洞察误判模式与风险演变趋势；主导复杂规则的降维与抽象，将宏观政策转化为逻辑严密、可执行度高的标准化运营指南（SOP）； 3、推动内容安全数据闭环建设，跨部门协同运营、算法、产品及全球团队，基于评测集指标识别漏洞，实现人工质量与Agent拦截效能的双向提升； 4、负责内容质量管理体系的通用方法论沉淀，建立并完善日常质量把控机制；通过核心数据指标的追踪与归因，提升整体数据准确率与运营效率。 职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，具备互联网内容安全、质量保证（QA）、AI数据评测、策略运营相关工作经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的逻辑推理与归纳提炼能力，能够穿透复杂、模糊的业务表象洞察底层问题，并独立输出结构化的解决方案； 3、英语可作为核心工作语言（听、说、读、写精通），注重细节与标准的一致性，具备出色的跨文化沟通与书面表达能力； 4、具备较强的自驱力与负责人意识，能够在快速变化与多地跨国协同的业务环境中拥抱不确定性，高效推进多线任务并拿到业务结果； 5、熟练掌握第二外语（如日语、泰语、韩语、德语等），或熟悉机器学习逻辑、数据标注框架者优先。
