Assistant Operations & Maintenance Engineer

招聘部门：互联网 / 电子 / 网游 【岗位职责】 Handle operation and maintenance (O&M) tickets and respond to online monitoring alerts through OnCall support. Build and maintain the BMS documentation system, including drafting process standards, SOPs, and technical documentation. Deliver non-production environment tasks, including environment setup, account and access management, and troubleshooting assistance. Communicate daily with overseas SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) teams and follow up on ongoing tasks. 【任职要求】 Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative team mindset. Highly goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility. Proficient in English, with spoken skills sufficient for daily work communication.
