A Capital Management Trainee (the CMT) works directly with founder-level senior management and grows faster through a set of unique opportunities.
1. Cross country development.
Besides the home market, the CMT enjoys the opportunity to work in multiple markets: the KSA, the UAE, China, APAC markets, etc. This helpes the CMT to develop a global perspective and a global resource network.
2. Cross function development.
The CMT has a primary function at recruitment, however he or she will be challenged to take on tasks in a wide arrange of functions: investment, finance, product management, business development and strategy, etc. The opportunity to grow a comprehensive understanding of business functions forms a solid fundation for personal career development.
3. Senior management exposure.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, with no restriction on major; strong learning agility and adaptability.
Solid understanding of and/or experience in finance, investment, or capital markets.
Strong interest in internet, technology, or related industries, with a willingness to gain a deep understanding of business operations and strategy.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate fluently in a professional setting.
Strong communication, collaboration skills, and demonstrated leadership potential.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and logical reasoning skills.
Global mindset with strong cross-cultural communication skills; comfortable working in an international environment.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
Academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Business, or Finance.
International study or internship experience.
Strong presentation and business negotiation skills.
Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., English, French, Arabic).
