Customer Application Support Engineer - MCU

Responsibilities： - Provide highly technical support to worldwide customersdesigning with Kinetis MCU devices and NXP upcoming products of MCX devices. -Become the technical expert on Kinetis and MCX product support. - Improvecustomer satisfaction by following up on client complaints - Collaborate withother teams to improve our offering enhancing our customer’s experience -Enhance technical knowledge participating in: - Development/revision ofdocumentation - Writing/reviewing Application Notes - Testing silicon modulesand software drivers - Creating/providing trainings - Working on developmentprojects - Reviewing SW/Schematics/Layouts from Customers Qualifications： -Knowledge in embedded Systems on Chip, especially the ARM Cortex architecture.- Knowledge in embedded software development and debug (register level). -Knowledge in Embedded hardware design. - Good communication skills (verbal andwritten) English. - Collaborative, proactive, strong self-learning and teamplayer attitude. - New graduated student with Master in electronic engineering
