Process Engineer Intern

Responsibilities： - Improve product performance and provide technical solutionin engineering field to achieve yield, quality, cycle time and productivitygoals; - Investigate & analyze process & equipment, to implement engineering &project as required; - Lead improvement project from aspects of quality, yield,cost and production flexibility and support production floor to maintain thebetter manufacturing performance; - Qualify new products program/recipe andfollow up for better manufacturability; - Any other duties assigned bysupervisor. Qualifications： - Bachelor degree(Mechanics, Electronics,Automation etc)and major in Electronics Engineering is preferred; - Hardworking, diligent, good ownership and teamwork; - Effective communication andfeedback in closed loop, good business English to work with crossfunctional/global team and good speaking is a plus; - Strong desire to learnmore with good discipline, and process statistical control capability ispreferred; - Microsoft office skills is required.
