Product Engineer

Responsibilities： - Work with worldwide cross-functional teams on Automotivenew silicon/product development and requirements, from early phases of productdefinition to production phase. - Develop and support test solutions with TestEngineering from early phase to production with target test time & costaccording to the organization standards. Ensure quality of own work byinitiating reviews and follow release procedures. Keep up to date with newdevelopments on testing methods and technologies. - Execute characterization,sampling, requirements etc. - Continue to reduce overall cost of test whilemaintaining production quality and securing the Automotive Zero defect (lowPPM) requirement. - Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues throughteamwork. Use problem solving approaches and methods to work with Design,Applications, and Manufacturing teams to solve New Product Introductionchallenges. - Support production test partners such as FAB, MFG, foundry andtest house as needed. Qualifications： - Bachelor/master's degree or above, EE,communication or Automatization major. - Good command of English both inwriting and speaking in a global working environment - Strong synthesis andanalysis skills - Strong ownership and good teamwork - Hard working, diligent,smart - Experience to handle NPI project is advantage
