Facility Student Intern

Responsibilities： - Assist in monitoring and maintaining facility equipment andsystems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, water, air compressors) - Support preventivemaintenance schedules and record-keeping - Participate in workplace safetychecks and environmental compliance tasksSupport energy-saving andsustainability initiatives - Prepare reports and documentation as required bythe facilities team - Perform other duties as assigned by the FacilitiesManager Qualifications： - Studying in major in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC orother engineering bachelor degree or above, with major in Mechanical,Electrical, HVAC or other engineering - Good communication and willing tolearn, ability to work under pressure and work with careful - Good ability inEnglish, base in Tianjin is preferred
