Business and Operations Analyst

Responsibilities： - The successful candidate will be part of Sales Operationstalent pipeline, which aims to develop his or her functional skills in anaccelerated manner - Involve in a variety functions in Sales Operations withprimary focus on distribution operations management - Support data integritymaintenance, data analytics & reporting and efficiency improvement initiativesin process and tools - Support execution of performance optimization tools andinitiatives - Conduct distributor performance management with increasingResponsibilities: and scope upon readiness. Key Responsibilities: andactivities include: - Support and lead Revenue/order loading, POS (Point ofSales) and MOS (Month of Sales) discussions in assigned distribution accountsas direct and key interface - Roll-up forecasts and performance across assigneddistributors, and identify and challenge the inputs based on observed patterns(historical, analytical tools, ...) and develop scenarios - Track and challengedistribution account operational performance through commercial intensity anddata analytics empowered by comprehensive data sources, and advanced processesand systems - Drive Revenue and POS results, and improve inventory efficiencyin assigned distribution accounts - Manage strong relationships with externaland internal key stakeholders Qualifications： - Minimum BS/BBA degree infinance, data analytics, management information systems, engineering or relatedfield - 0-2 years of related working experience. Experience in salesoperations/distribution management/commercial marketing/sales function insemiconductor multinational companies is preferred - Strong analyticalproblem-solving, coordination and influencing skills - Ability to workeffectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - Ability to takeinitiative and drive for results - Good team player, who can collaborateeffectively with peers, and people in different functions - Agile learner,organized, methodical, detail oriented, and high business ethical standard -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
