Process Engineer

Responsibilities： - Improve product performance and provide technical solutionfor engineering field to achieve yield, quality, cycle time and productivitygoals. - Investigate & analyze involved processing & equipment factors, toimplement engineering qualification & project as required. - Lead improvementproject from aspects of quality, yield, cost and production flexibility, andsupport production floor to maintain the better manufacturing performance. -Qualify new products program/recipe and follow up for better manufacturability.- Any other duties assigned by supervisor. Qualifications： - Master's degree ispreferred, majored in Mechanics, Electronics, Automation etc. - Hardworking,diligent, good ownership and teamwork. - Effective communication and feedbackin closed loop, good business English to work with cross functional/global teamand good speaking is a plus. - Strong desire to learn more with gooddiscipline, and process statistical control capability is preferred. -Microsoft office skills are required.
