Product/Test Engineer

Responsibilities： - Work with related product, design and application engineersto define, develop and ensure quality of testing methodologies; - Develop testhardware and software for Analog and Automotive Embedded System products,include automotive or non-auto products; - Evaluate device characteristics; -Assist Product Engineers and Device Engineers in product evaluation andqualification; - Responsible for testing related SW (test program) & HW (probecard/load board) implementation from engineering to production on projectschedule; - Monitor, analyze, and resolve production yield issues thru teamwork; - Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining productionquality; - Support production test partners such as FAB, FMO, foundry and testhouse; Qualifications： - Bachelor degree or above with EE (Master ispreferred), Communication or Automation related major - Good skill at C/C++ orany other code experience is preferred - Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills in both English (CET-6) and Mandarin require to liaisewith US and Europe. - Experience/Education in Project Management will be anadvantage - Willing to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated.
