Hardware Test Engineer

Responsibilities： - Work with suppliers to Design and develop test socket, testload boards, probe cards, and interface hardware for product validation andmanufacturing testing. - Ensure signal integrity, power integrity, and thermalperformance in test hardware design, make sure mechanical structure/robustdesign, all key dimension chain/tolerance analysis. - Collaborate with design,validation, and manufacturing teams during new product HW introduction. -Develop and deploy test hardware solutions aligned with product testrequirements and timelines. - Perform root cause analysis on test failuresrelated to HW. - Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on hardwaredesigns. - This job manages test hardware development projects and work withsupplier to make sure quality and delivery on time. Qualifications： -Bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Mechatronics or related field, MechanicalEngineering, Electronics Engineering. - Good English speaking and writing forglobal project support. CET-4 or above. - Good cross-functional communication(with design, test, and manufacturing teams). - Can use SolidWorks, EDA tool(Cadence).
