Product/ Test Engineer

Responsibilities： - Involved in the NPI transfer and requirements, implementnew test package, perform gage capabilities, issue correlation report. -Sustain buffer capacity setup and loading ramping up. - Troubleshooting on thesetup and low yield issue in normal production, provide maintenance anddocumentation for the S/W and H/W change. - Provide the initial analysis forcustomer return units. - Regularly summarize and report NPI and mature productsproduction performance. - Working with product owner on cost reductionprojects, focused on the final yield improvement, test flow elimination,parallel test implementation and test time reduction. - Self-training onproduct knowledge, SOP and other document. fan-in and fan-out best practicefrom internal or external factory. - Continuous improvement on technical andcommunication skill. Qualifications： - Bachelor's degree or above, EE,communication or Automatization major. - Have semiconductor industry experienceis preferred, Hands on experience for analog or mix-signal IC. - Good level onoral and written English, CET4 and above. - Good communication skill andteamwork spirit, willing to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated.
