Responsibilities： - Work on the test time reduction and test insertionreduction to improve the OTW. - Final test Yield improvement. - Retest ratereduction. - Test Parellellism rate improvement. - Product defect analysis andprocess optimizing. - Test program optimizing. - On hold lot reduction.Qualifications： - Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electronics,Computer or Automation related major - Related working experience is preferred- Good communication and team spirit - Good command of English writing andreading
