Application and Systems Engineer - UWB Radar

Responsibilities： - Drive the development of reference solutions andproof-of-concepts for innovative UWB radar use cases (e.g., parking assistance,seat belt reminder, occupant monitoring, and beyond) - Design, implement, andvalidate advanced radar algorithms, simulations, and prototypes fornext-generation UWB applications - Work closely with system architects andproduct engineers to provide high-quality technical support, while driving thedefinition and realization of new automotive UWB use cases - Collaborate withSales, Marketing, FAE, and Product Engineering teams to support new productintroductions and accelerate market adoption - Build and maintain strongrelationships with key customers, collecting requirements and identifyingopportunities in Automotive and Industrial UWB applications - Develop anddeliver technical documentation, system-level support materials, and trainingcontent, contributing to knowledge sharing and customer enablementQualifications： - Master’s or PhD degree in Electronics, ElectricalEngineering, with a strong expertise in radar engineering, signal processingand machine learning - Proficient in programming languages including C/C++,Python, and MATLAB, with hands-on experience in RTOS system and algorithmdevelopment - Solid understanding of signal processing and communicationsystems, including modulation schemes, angle of arrival estimation, andbeamforming techniques. - Solid background in connectivity, RF, mm Wave Radaror UWB or similar wireless technologies - Knowledge of semiconductor andAutomotive markets is an advantage - Strong analytical skills, system thinking,and problem-solving mindset - Proven ability to structure complexproblem-solving processes - Excellent communication and presentation skills -Fluent in English (written and verbal)
