REGIONAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT The Customer Support organization is responsible forthe installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems atcustomers site and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know how to thecustomer. Local sited Customer Support branches perform these tasks for thecustomers within the specific region. Regional Technical Support organizationis responsible for providing higher level technical analysis and solution tothe escalated issues from Local sited CS branches over the country. As aregional tech support engineer for a DUV specific technical competences,provide support to internal and external customers by solving escalatedproblems and providing information to ensure the optimum machine performancecriteria are well met in the field. Role and responsibility - Responsible totroubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment and performance problemsin various technical competencies. - forward looking action plans, managingescalations, and delivering on-site support when requested at customer sites -Identify structural solutions to prevent issues from happening again in future,collaboration with the local team FSE or OTS to build up the knowledge andexperience database for achieving the goal - Share knowledge, expertise andlessons learned within the organization - During New Product Introduction(NPI), upskill on new features, and support local sites for the new platformsSkills required - Strong communicator in English (both oral and written) -Strong analytic capability and a pro-active attitude - Flexible in workinghours, travel and work environments - Independent personality and work underpressure - Team worker, good social skills, customer-oriented - Able to planand set priorities. - Flexible attitude with respect to off hour support,travel and overtime. Education Preferably with Master+ degree in any of thefollowing fields (Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ControlEngineering, Precision Instrument/Machine Engineering, or related discipline)
