Spain Retail Account Intern

Support communication between internal departments and retail partners 3. Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation 4. Manage and track Purchase Orders (POs) 5. Monitor payment status and follow up with finance and clients when necessary 6. Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with internal processes 7. Support internal approval workflows and operational procedures 8. Coordinate with finance, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution 9. Maintain organized records of contracts, orders, and project documentation 10. Assist in analyzing retailer performance data, including sell-in, sell-out, and stock levels 11. Monitor inventory status and identify potential risks or opportunities 12. Prepare structured reports and provide clear feedback to the Key Account Manager and Retail Managers 13. Track project timelines and key milestones 14. Follow up proactively with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met 15. Provide timely and accurate updates to managers 【任职要求】 1. Fluent in Spanish and Chinese (written and spoken) 2. English is a plus 3. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Trade, or a related field 4.
