Field Quality Engineer

Responsibilities： - Prompt response/service to customers. - Manage orcoordinate customer communication for customer complaints FA status and 8Dreports. - Lead and cooperate with customer for non-NXP cause complaintsreduction. - Field failure verification for customer complaints. Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in engineering. - Excellentcommunication skill and strong analytical and problem solving skill - Good atEnglish (spoken and written) - Strong PC skill especially on datamining. -Independent working behavior. - Experience in Automotive. - Semiconductors andfailure analysis knowledge. - Familiar with 8D, 5 why, FTA, TS, VDA, FMEA,Control plan.
