JOB SUMMARY To lead team in  Maintaining & optimizing OMIS system to improvework accuracy and effectiveness of Corp. costing team and site users，trainingusers to use them correctly.  Consolidating site reports for top management tomake strategic decision  Analyzing and highlighting operation issues andtracking the resolution result. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Maintain and optimizeOMIS System, Forecast Sales/NVA & DL/MC Hours System. 2. Ensure all sites tobuild and update BOM & Routing timely and accurately 3. Ensure all sites tocollect production data correctly and input in SAP timely, all products shouldbe transferred for stocking timely, all production orders should be closedtimely. 4. Ensure all sites to use OMIS system correctly, analyze the variancebetween actual and should be, and track the improvement result. 5. Provideaccurate group Rev/NVA/MPBT of LC (Latest Commitment) & OMIS for top managementto make strategic decisions. 6. Provide accurate consolidation report offorecast loading, space U%, Capex tracking sales/NVA/MPBT, etc and highlightmain issues for management to do improvement. 7. Review Capex application andmachine PUL to propose idle equipment transfer and disposal. 8. Providerelative data for company performance implementing. MINIMUM ACADEMICREQUIREMENT University degree with major in finance or mechanical engineering
