1. JOB SUMMARY 1. 负责跟踪和掌控所属项目进程，确保所属所有模具能够及时、合格地移交生产部。 In charge of followingand handling the progress of the owned project, ensuring that all owned moldscan be transferred to the production on time with good quality. 2.负责对模具实际成本进行追踪、分析和改善。 In charge of the following, analyzing and improving forthe actual tooling cost. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. 确保Tooling部门得到正确的客户信息。Ensure tooling department receives the accurate information from customers. 2.负责在ESI阶段组织模具报价、模具产能评估和产品制造可行性评估（DFM），并协助组织DFM ReviewMeeting，保持和客户的沟通确定项目开发相关事宜。 In charge of arranging mold quotation, moldcapacity assessment and the analysis about the product design formanufacturing(DFM) at the ESI stage, and assist on arranging the DFM reviewmeeting, keeping communicating with customer and lock down all the relativeactivities with mold development. 3.负责在NPI阶段在Tooling工厂启动项目，并传达准确的开模信息给设计和主计划，参与并督促各相关单位参与设计3D评审会议。 In charge ofinitiating KO in tooling factory, and convey the correct KO information todesign and master plan, participate and urge the relative departments attendingthe design 3D review meeting. 4. 负责与相关责任部门一起解决模具加工，装配和试模中出现的紧急状况。组织E1Meeting会议及时准确地制定修模方案并有效推进。确保整个项目按照既定计划按时完成。 In charge of dealing with theurgent case during the mold fabrication, mold assembly and mold test with thecorresponding department. Arrange the E1 meeting to make the debugging schemeand drive it effectively. Ensuring the whole project can be completed on timeaccording to the project schedule. 5. 负责产品的ECN全程跟踪，确保及时有效地完成。 In charge offollowing the whole process of the product’s ECN and to ensure it iseffectively completed. 6. 确保模具在计划时间内顺利的完成修模工作并且转模到工厂, 推动模具的关模工作。 Ensure themold repair work is done well within the stipulated time and transfer it to thefactory, drive the buy off mold work. 7. 协助生产工厂共同解决生产中的模具问题，确保顺利生产。 Assist theproduction site in solving any mold problems, ensuring the successfulproduction. 8. 保持对模具成本的严格掌控，对超出修模成本的部分进行分析并制定相关改善计划 Keep strictly controllingon the mold cost, for the exceeded portion of debugging cost, work out thetracker to analysis and make up the improvement plan. 9. 确保项目相关的机密信息的得到有效的管控。Ensure the effective control of any confidential information regarding to theprojects. 10. 确保客户及上级经理及时得到项目相关状态的报告。 Ensure the customers and managers areinformed on time of any project-related information. 11. 独立带领项目并参与和客户讨论模具的相关事宜Personally lead the project and discuss with customer for the relative work oftools. 12. 遵守本公司的环境文件和规定，维持工作环境的整洁。 Abide by the company’s environment rulesand regulations, maintaining the work place cleanliness. 13. 负责完成上级交办的其它工作。Responsible for complete other work assigned by superiors. 6.MINIMUM ACADEMICREQUIREMENT 本科以上相关机械专业
