Group Reporting Accountant(Base Singapore)

JOB SUMMARY 1.Assist in the preparation of monthly group management accounts,quarterly & yearly financial statements and notes to accounts. 2.Reviewcorporate expense and assist in annual budget 3.Integration of non-Chinaentities into GL shared service Assist in IPO and adhoc projects KEYRESPONSIBILITIES Financials Reporting 1)Assist in the preparation of groupconsolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations,unrealized profits elimination, etc 2)Facilitate and support the submission ofmonthly accounts and notes to accounts by subsidiaries 3)Review data providedby subsidiaries and consolidate notes to the group financial statements4)Handle full set of accounts for small entities 5)Ensure all accountingactivities comply with group accounting policies and IFRS. 6)Liase withexternal auditors on year end audits. Review Corporate Expenses 1)Assistscorporate functions in the preparation of annual budget 2)Review and analysecorporate expenses and provide recommendation for improvement GL Shared Service1)Integration of non-China entities into GL shared service center IPO andAd-hoc Projects Prepare schedules required by external auditors during IPOaudit ***************************【Base:Singapore】******************************
