Field Process Engineer（LATAM）

招聘部门：远景能源 What we need you to do: Process development and management: Lead the development and design of on-site installation processes throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept design to mass delivery, formulate installation strategies, and ensure installation requirements are implemented during product development； Translate and implement product requirements related to installation functionality, cost, and execution efficiency, and deliver installation process manuals； Process standardization: Summarize process solutions for mechanical and electrical installation issues, standardize installation procedures, work instructions, and training materials, provide training and skill certification for field process engineers, and drive continuous process improvement； What we expect from you: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, New Energy, or a related engineering discipline； Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and self-motivation； Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to lead cross-border technical coordination and training on process topics； Strong data analysis skills, willingness to travel, and no fear of heights；
