Marketing Solution Engineer

招聘部门：远景能源 What we need you to do: Serve as the key link between market and product teams, aligning market needs with product strategy and supporting both business success and product competitiveness； Conduct market demand, competitor, and solution analysis for wind and energy storage products, and support short-, mid-, and long-term product roadmap planning； Participate in the full product development cycle, from concept design to detailed design, for wind and energy storage systems and components； Lead technical requirements and bidding proposal management for wind and energy storage projects, supporting order acquisition and bid success； Identify optimization opportunities in bidding and awarded projects, and coordinate development and delivery teams to improve project profitability and product competitiveness； What we expect from you: Bachelor’s degree or above, with a Master’s degree preferred, in Electrical Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, New Energy, Power Systems, Wind Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Thermophysics, Materials Science, or related fields； Familiarity with the architecture, cost models, and system design of wind and energy storage products； Understanding of wind farm solutions; knowledge of wind and energy storage resource analysis is a plus； Strong communication, coordination, learning, and execution skills, with a results-driven and self-motivated mindset； Strong sense of ownership, resilience under pressure, and willingness to take on challenges and drive innovation；
