招聘部门：曼德泰州 工作职责： 1. 根据本领域项目负责人要求，在定义的时间、成本、质量前提下输出或协助输出本领域项目交付物； According to the requirements of the project owner in this field, output or assist in outputting project deliverables in this field under the premise of defined time, cost and quality; 2. 在本职能部门向本部门科长汇报； Report to the section chief of the department in this functional department； 3. 新项目生产承接，在试生产过程中对生产异常记录与跟踪问题解决，制定临时有效对策，保障生产实施有效性； Undertake the production of new projects, record production abnormalities and solve tracking problems in the process of trial production, formulate temporary effective countermeasures, and ensure the effectiveness of production implementation; 4. 对量产产品的工艺文件的维护以及文件问题的解决 Maintenance of process documents of mass production products and resolution of document problems 5. 参与零公里问题和主机厂问题解决参与产品质量及可靠性提升 Participate in zero-kilometer problem and host factory problem solving participate in product quality and reliability improvement 6. 对各个工序装配提出改进方案，提升装配精度，实现对个工序安装防错设计 Propose improvement plans for each process assembly, improve assembly precision, and realize the error-proof design of each process installation. 7. 策划现场生产布局，实现生产线体最优布局。 Confirm new product samples and keep confirmation records; 8. 整改现场、售后、主机厂反馈质量问题； Rectification of on-site, after-sales, main engine factory feedback quality problems; 9. 编制操作指导书，指导培训现场人员作业； Compile operation instructions and guide the on-site personnel to work; 10. 要严格遵守HSE管理规定，并自发开展风险识别与措施改进。 Strictly abide by the HSE management regulations, and spontaneously carry out risk identification and measures improvement. 11. 需对公司推行的MPS、MQS工作熟知，并可以熟练应用； Be familiar with MPS and MQS implemented by the company, and be able to apply them skillfully; 任职要求： 专业：机械类、汽车类、电气机电类、材料类、自动化类、电子信息类 外语水平：英语四级及熟练的听说读写能力 资质要求：思维活跃，有创新精神；工作原则性强；处事冷静
