招聘部门：全球数智科技部 Role Description: This position is part of the Global Digital Technologies Department. The team is composed of passionate experts from various fields such as research and development, AI, bioinformatics, product management， Enterprise platform, Information Security, and infrastructure. We uphold a spirit of craftsmanship to develop industry-leading digital platforms and tools, accelerating the speed and quality of drug discovery, development and manufacturing to ultimately improve human health.   Key Responsibilities: 1.      System Development & Integration: Participate in the development of enterprise-level systems for business purposes, including core components, process management components, and data integration applications such as analysis tools and algorithms. 2.      Frontend Development: Design and develop reusable user interfaces and components to improve development efficiency and reusability. Develop high-performance, highly available, and secure frontend frameworks. 3.      Backend Development: Design relational database structures to store key experimental and operational data. Develop backend interfaces and microservices to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems. 4.      Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with frontend and backend engineers, UI designers, and product managers to ensure successful project delivery and provide an excellent user experience. Ensure smooth system deployment and resolve issues as needed. 5.      Code Quality & Best Practices: Maintain high coding standards throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, coding, testing, and performance monitoring. Conduct code reviews and provide recommendations for performance optimization and security enhancement. 6.      Continuous Improvement & Automation: Collaborate with operations teams to automate CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve the speed and accuracy of software releases.   Role Requirements
