招聘部门：全球数智科技部 Role Description: This position is part of the Global Digital Technologies Department. The team is composed of passionate experts from various fields such as research and development, AI, bioinformatics, product management， Enterprise platform, Information Security, and infrastructure. We uphold a spirit of craftsmanship to develop industry-leading digital platforms and tools, accelerating the speed and quality of drug discovery, development and manufacturing to ultimately improve human health.   Key Responsibilities: 1.      Requirement understanding: Conduct requirement gathering and user interviews with stakeholders such as Security, Information Systems and Enterprise Architecture; clarify requirements, target metrics and priorities; identify data sources, data owners and acceptance criteria for deliverables; decompose business problems into actionable tasks or work items. 2.      Data analysis: Collect and clean multi-source data according to business scenarios; perform data analysis, model development, data visualization and results presentation; design and implement visual dashboards and periodic reports; support leadership and stakeholders in data-driven decision making; perform system and security log analysis. 3.      Documentation delivery: Produce structured documents for incident response, problem analysis or routine operations, including root cause analyses, operation/run books, flowcharts, governance policies and role/responsibility descriptions; maintain and continuously update the documentation repository. 4.      Cross-team collaboration: Maintain a contact list and act as the liaison between internal and external teams; organize and chair weekly meetings, problem-analysis meetings and project syncs; drive action items to closure and continuous improvement; regularly review and optimize collaboration processes with relevant teams.   Role Requirements: 1.      Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Scienc
