The team is composed of passionate experts from various fields such as research and development, AI, bioinformatics, product management， Enterprise platform, Information Security, and infrastructure. We uphold a spirit of craftsmanship to develop industry-leading digital platforms and tools, accelerating the speed and quality of drug discovery, development and manufacturing to ultimately improve human health.   Key Responsibilities: 1.      User requirement analysis: Conduct user interviews, identify user pain points and valuable problem to solve, conduct user requirement analysis and translate into user stories 2.      User journey mapping, assessment and design: Assess the as-is business workflow and collaborate with business partners to create artifacts (personas, epics, user stories, etc.) using product management tools such as UML, workflows, Figma, Miro, articulate product vision and roadmap 3.      Agile development and product management: Assist in designing and developing digital product mockups, managing product backlogs, running user testing, collecting user feedback, analyzing and monitoring product KPIs 4.      Data analytics: Collect and clean data from multiple sources based on business scenario requirements to support analytics and model development, data visualization and presentation; support leadership and stakeholders in data-driven decision-making 5.      Team Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business teams, product managers, and developers, to deliver high-quality data solutions and support system deployment and issue resolution   Role Requirements: 1.      Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information system Management, or technology related field with outstanding academic records 2.      Problem solving with accountability: Strong analytical skills, be a
