(2026 Graduate Program) Analyst, Settlement Officer, Clearing and Operations Department

工作职责 Handle post-trade processing of securities and futures in HK/overseas markets and performing settlement in back office system; Handle the client’s instructions on fund deposit/withdrawal and securities transfer instructions; Responsible for the execution of daily settlement activities (Hong Kong and Overseas Stock and Futures, Funds, Bonds, Options, Derivatives); Perform daily operations in DCASS, CCASS including SI, ATI, cash prepayments, voting, entitlement options, eIPO / IPO application, etc.; Perform reconciliations to ensure data capture accuracy and completeness, and resolve the discrepancies; Monitor the operations are processed are in compliance with internal guideline and regulatory requirements; Handle ad-hoc projects as required. 任职资格 Graduates from Mainland China universities with a Master's degree or above, who will graduate in the spring or summer of 2026 and obtain a nationally recognized Graduation and Degree Certificate; Graduates from Overseas universities with a Master's degree or above, who will graduate between September 1, 2025 and the summer of 2026 and obtain a nationally recognized Graduation and Degree Certificate; Knowledge of financial products and market practices; Detailed-oriented and sensitive to number; Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; Relevant experience in settlement and financial industry preferred; Good knowledge of MS office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Ability to deliver to a high standard under pressure and short deadlines; Ability to multitask and manage a high number of priorities; Basic knowledge in derivatives products is preferred.
