Job Summary - The Vacuum Product Engineerposition is a key role in the Engineering Department to support engineeringactivities related to vacuum pump products, including i2V cost reductioninitiatives, product localization projects, order engineering execution, andLCE technical support. - Key objectives include supporting planned savings,product localization projects, order-specific engineering design, productimprovements, and quality issue resolution to contribute to business growth andoperational excellence. - Good engineering knowledge, troubleshootingabilities, and communication skills are necessary. Responsibilities - Supportcost reduction projects, focusing on continuously generating actionable ideasto achieve planned savings and support business growth. - Support the salesquoting process and, upon order confirmation, support order-specificengineering design. Main product structure remains unchanged, with minorconfiguration adjustments only. - Participate in engineering activities inlocalization projects through IRPDP process, working closely with ProjectManager and cross-functional teams to meet MRD requirements and QDC targets,including product concept design, engineering builds, design validation, andpreparation for new product launch. - Provide timely technical support andsolutions for quality issues arising in the plant or at customer sites. KeyCompetencies - Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering,Fluid Mechanics, Vacuum Technology, Compressor Technology, or related fields. -Good theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of mechanical design andmanufacturing, including casting, machining, and assembly processes. -Candidates with experience in numerical calculations such as thermodynamics,CFD, and FEA with practical application scenarios are preferred. - Candidatesshould have the spirit of researching technology and good learning ability, andbe able to expand technologies in both depth and breadth. - Good datamanagement and analytical skills. - Good teamwork and communication skills. -Fluent English level in writing and reading. Ability to conduct productive oralconversation is a plus. - Familiarity with vacuum equipment, such as LiquidRing Pumps, Vane Pumps, Roots Pumps, Dry Screw Pumps, Claw Pumps,Oil-Lubricated Screw Pumps, or similar products, is a plus. - Knowledge of SAP,Windchill, Lean tools, DFMEA, and Six Sigma tools is a
