YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in daily desktop and software support, including system maintenance, patch installation, and antivirus scanning for engineering department users.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for computer hardware and network connectivity issues, and escalate complex cases to senior engineers.
• Collect, organize, and clean engineering-related data using Microsoft Excel, and generate routine statistical reports.
• Assist in developing simple Python scripts to automate data processing tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
• Support the engineering team in database querying and data validation tasks, ensuring data accuracy for ongoing projects.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science and Technology, Cybersecurity and Information Security, Computer and Information Management, Data Science and Big Data Technology, or a related field.
• Familiar with computer networks and computer hardware, with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for network issues.
• Familiar with the Windows environment, and able to assist with routine system administration tasks, including system maintenance, patch installation, and antivirus scanning.
• Possesses basic data processing and analysis skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Excel for data organization, statistical analysis, and report generation.
• Basic knowledge of Python programming; familiarity with commonly used data-processing libraries such as Pandas is preferred.
• Basic understanding of database concepts; experience with simple data querying and maintenance is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• Fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility; detail-oriented and diligent in work.
• Interested in digitalization, automation, and data analytics.
